My Rates for 2008
We will be fishing in my Mckenzie River Driftboat. One or two passengers works the best. At times I have taken 2 children and an adult or 2 adults and one child. It is crowded with 3 adults. If your party consists of 3 or more adults I can find another guide if I am given a few days notice.
The time of day we fish will depend on the time of year (hot days will start out early and cold days will get a later start). Since the majority of my customers fish in the late Spring and Summer months, we usually start early in the morning.
You will need to furnish your own transportation to our meeting place on the river. However, should your place of lodging be in an area convenient for me to stop to pick you up...let me know where you will be staying and transportation might be arranged.
Your fishing trip with two people will cost $320.00. Half day will be $240.00 For a one angler trip the cost is $240.00 half or full day. Driftboating lessons will be $240.00 full day lessons for one or two students. $180.00 for a half day drift boat lesson for one or two students.
During the Spring when we fish the March Brown hatch (fly fishing) I run a special at $180.00 for one or two anglers. This is usually in March and April and we are on the river approximately 4 hours. The hatch will last about an hour to two hours depending on the conditions.
