Tom Waters was born in Kyushu, Japan as Hideo Harada Inagaki in 1951. He immigrated to America in 1958 and changed his name was changed to Tommy Kimm. Some might remember his name as Tommy Kim. In 2005 he took back his Japanese name Hideo Tom Harada. Coos Bay was the starting point for fishing in Oregon in 1967. With over 30 years of experience in fishing Western Oregon, Tom is qualified to answer most questions presented to him.
